These guys did a good job. The did "warn" that my panel could be replaced because it was outdated which would have cost a lot more. But when I said, "Just do the work I need." It was no problem and they just did it. I was satisfied with what I paid for the work they did.

They didn't stick to their estimate- but work got done. Get your estimate in writing is all I can say.

They installed a new ceiling fan in our family room. This was a replacement, not a new install. They did everything right. They were on time, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, fast and there were no problems with the install.

Very timely

I hired LMS Electric to retro-fit my kitchen canister plug in florescent lights to screw in type LED lights. All they did was remove my light bulb and replace them with a plug in LED and charged my $490. When I called Louis he said there must have been a misunderstanding with the worker and we scheduled another appointment. The day of the appointment Louis called and said the work I wanted was to much work and it would require tearing out part of my ceiling to do it, I said so, you quoted me $490 to do the work I ask for, he said no he would not come back to do the work and he would not refund me any money. So it cost me $61.25 for each light bulb his guy replaced and one of them stopped working the next day. I may be elderly but I'm not incompetent I can replace a light bulb. This is the biggest ripoff I have encountered in a long time. Last week a reputable electrician came and did the work I requested (retro fit 8 lights to screw in LEDs), no tearing out any part of my ceiling.

They responded very quickly to my inquiry. The technician let me know when he was on his way and updated me when he got close to arriving. The work was done properly and professionally.

The only problem I had was getting the receipt e-mailed to me.
