This company was hired to do a large project? the owner, Steve, was specifically asked if the job was too far and he said no? .. to help him out he was paid in advance as he is personally known? there was some additional work that they had to make two trips for and he was paid for those trips they started the job and in the spring, had to come back to finish work that he was not able to do due to the change of seasons ?. he never came back, never responded to calls or text finish it. Steve was asked in the beginning to make sure he was there so the job is done properly and with the exception of two times did not show A good portion of the work that was done had to be done over as it was done incorrectly I asked Steve to refund the money for the work. He was paid for that he did not do and he has never refunded the money or made any attempt to return calls and text messages that were sent

We hired Steve Szwarc / LMS Serves You for a large patio project. The patio itself looks nice and his crew worked hard, but the overall experience was very frustrating. The contractor repeatedly asked for money outside the agreed payment schedule, and we had to step in to purchase materials directly because they weren?t provided. Communication became defensive and unreliable, and several parts of the project dragged on or were left incomplete until we managed them ourselves. While the patio was eventually finished, it was only because we paid for materials out of pocket and coordinated directly with his workers. This is not the way a professional project should run. Advice to future customers: Get everything in writing, tie payments strictly to milestones, and don?t pay ahead. Be prepared to step in if you want the project to move forward.

We hired LMS to install a stone Firepit and patio surround. Not knowing what we wanted we turned over the creative design to Steve and we couldn’t be happier. He did an absolutely beautiful job. If you’re looking for honesty and quality workmanship, look no further. You won’t be disappointed. We’ve already referred his services to at least three other people. We have additional home projects in the works and will absolutely be working with him again.

Steve and his team were fantastic to work with! We partnered with them to completely overhaul our yard, design a patio, fire pit and other stonework throughout the yard. Their work was completed on time, neatly and truly transformed our outdoor space! I would highly recommend them!

Steve is down to earth and gets the job done. His guys work well and I had zero complaints. Great price for the work.
