I would rate customer service less but you have to put something in. After buying and installing tile and carpet throughout our house using their contractors, we had a situation. I needed to repair a couple sections of carpet that our dog decided to eat. I went back to LM to find out what we can do to replace the sections. When the rep went to Alex and ask what I can do he immediately dismissed me. I tried to speak to him but he kept cutting me off saying, I dont know you , this is a business...what!!! All Im trying to do is get direction, not asking for any free carpet.. By the way Alex, I spoke to you during our installation, when you were behind on our material and installation. Buyer Beware of this company. Doing business at you own risk!!!

The owner Ali is VERY unprofessional. I was guaranteed completion of my service within a week before the holidays. Service was not completed until one month later. My guests had to stay in a hotel due to the work not being completed. Ali calls last minute asking if I would be home/available then the team would no show. Or the work crew would promise to come at a certain time on the following day and then would no show. Do not hire this company to complete your work. Go with a company with professionalism and customer service for the price.

When Alex came to my property he was very nice and I gave him the business However I wasn't too happy with his follow up because I had to call them on the start date to see if they are still coming, and after that nobody told me when the next workers will be coming and how many days I needed to wait before they connect water in my kitchen I wasn't too happy about them not communicating. But the end project was great.

Outstanding price, service, and value. We were exceptionally pleased with Alex (salesman) and the installers. We will use them when we have other flooring needs.

LM came in with the best price, was willing to use materials I had picked that I did not buy from them (except the fireplace surround) and did an amazing job. We had 3 different kinds of ceramic tile with the thick grout lines. LM chipped all that out and tore up carpet in 3 areas so I was able to put new tile in 2 bathrooms, laundry room, hallway, master bedroom and master closet. The surfaces were completely flat, no uneven tiles and the cuts was so tight around doorways you couldn't even see the grout line. I did learn that I could never live through a home reno though. They were only here about 4 1/2 days but I was going crazy by the time they left. My fireplace surround turned out beautiful also and the guy that came in to do all my wood transition pieces also did a beautiful job. Alex was also flexible with me on negotiations. He is very even tempered and did not get frustrated by me negotiating pricing. Super happy with products and workmanship.

We had an excellent experience dealing with Alex and LM Tile. His store has a great selection of material. Even though we had already picked tile before getting quotes for install, we found a product that Alex stocked that we liked even more. We had wood look tile installed throughout the common areas of the house. The crew did an excellent job of installing the tiles so closely together that there are hardly any grout lines to deal with. Since it was the entire house that they were doing, the crew did an amazing job of leaving enough walking space every night for us to still get to and from the door and kitchen. The price was very competitive and the job time was excellent. Alex and his crews tiled and carpeted probably close to 1800 sq ft in 2 weeks around the Christmas holidays, which ended up only being about 7 working days. We would definitely recommend LM Tile and use them again for our kitchen counters and backsplash down the road.

Doing business with LM Tile FM 529, specifically Alex, was a very good experience. From the beginning to the end Alex provided excellent customer service. He kept me informed every step of the way. The installers were wonderful! I had tile installed in varying amounts to 4 buildings and the work in every one is excellent. I stopped by a couple of times during the installation process and was impressed with the quality of the installation. One of the installers stopped and talked to me about how it was going and when they would be through. They were very professional. I will use this company again. The price was very good. The job was done quickly. I am very happy with the results.

Job went as smoothly as possible. Alex was professional and did a nice job during our initial meeting. The guys laying our floor were efficient. I appreciate the job site supervisor stopping by occasionally to monitor the work. I would hire them again.

Absolutely thrilled with my new bathrooms, especially the Master bath, which had the majority of the work. They removed the old tile, counter top, shower & installed all new tile, granite counter tops, & a gorgeous walk in shower with frameless glass. They took care of everything, unlike other companies I got quotes from, who don't supply or arrange the shower glass or plumbers. Their tiler, Juan, worked hard each day & the work was done quickly. Alex (either the owner or manager) was wonderful, dealing with any hic-ups that arose, as they do. I cannot recommend LM Tile FM 529 highly enough.
