Liem is the 7th contractor to give us quotes on our kitchen and bathroom renovation, and we are extremely happy that we picked him. His communication is on point from day one, either brainstorming the best option to bring our visions to life to estimating costs. His estimations are super competitive. The moment we signed up, he gave us the exact starting date, and when his team showed up, they never skip a beat. They were extremely punctual and efficient. The entire flooring took about 3 days. His team went above and beyond to cover up, from walls to other floor areas to dust proof, and to avoid damaging our properties. Since we have a 14month child, we appreciate how considerate, professional and respectful he and his team were. I heard him telling his team to be extra thorough with covering and vacumn because of our child and that immediately warmed our hearts. Needless to say the outcome is breathtaking and worth every penny. We had changed the entire floor of the kitchen and bathroom; installed the new kitchen lights, painted all ceiling and wall, installed the dishwasher and the foldable doors. All of these took approximately 2 weeks to get done. we are looking to do more business with Liem and his team in the future.

There are many flooring companies out there. Liem and his team do unmatched work. I love my new hardwood kitchen floor. He and his team will refinish all the hard wood floors in our home as soon as spring arrives. The Best work for the absolute best price for your money. Go nowhere else.

Liam is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process of refinishing floors. He took time with us, describing in detail the types of materials he uses for each stage of the process and explained pros/cons of some popular brands. Liam's team works quickly and efficiently. The scheduling process was very smooth, and he always responded to our texts/emails quickly and professionally. He confirmed the scheduled date a couple of times as it was approaching, arrived on time and completed the project on time as promised! One small logistical lapse that we realized in retrospect was that we did not finalize the details of whether the floor would be patched with a wood putty before the wood finish was applied. It turns out that, if there are a few imperfections that need fixing, this step is not part of a standard refinishing procedure. However, after we expressed this concern to Liam, he was accommodating and offered to finish patching the floor at the end. Overall, we highly recommend Liam and his team!

Lien did about 1000 sqft of engineered hardwood in our condo. He and his crew did a great job. They were on time and completed the project exactly when they said they would. Highly recommended.

Liem took great care to help us decide what needed to be done to refinish our oak floors. He even threw in a couple of small tasks for free. He was pleasant to work with and cleaned up afterwards. Our floors are gorgeous.

LN did a great job fixing an error created by my contractor skipping a step. I was not thrilled with the cost, but it was higher than usual because it was a small job requiring two separate visits. Ugh!

When looking on Home Advisor for a wood floor service contractor there are several to choose from. For the most part, they all have pretty good customer reviews, some even having earned special awards (i.e. â Best of __â ). So selecting one can be a daunting task. In our case, we hit the â Request a Quoteâ button on 6 different companies. All 6 came to our home to first review the job and then days later submit a quote. What made LN Flooring Solutions stand out above all the rest was their willingness to ask questions, listen intensely, determine what really mattered most to us most (selecting the right color of stain) and then offering sound professional advice. For us price wasnâ t the motivating factor. It was getting the job done right. When we told Liem that we were selecting his company above all the others, we mentioned that his price was good but it wasnâ t the lowest. We simply explained that he got the job because when he came to look at the job he was the only one who genuinely seemed interested in hearing what we had to say (what was important to us). Bottom line, he really cared about getting the best results for us to the point of even exceeding our expectations. In the end, Liem (and his great crew) showed up on time, did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves, and left us with a tricky foyer entry refinished floor and 27 steps that glistened when we looked at them. If you need new wooden floors, or existing wood floors (and steps) refinished or repaired, LN General Contracting stands out head and shoulders above all the rest.

I received multiple quotes from companies to refinish the floors in our new home. The floors were completed on time and look wonderful. He was very responsive and provided updates during the process. He was also patient with me while I decided on the color staining to use.
