Customer service was good. However, they couldn't make the repair on our particular boiler. The first question they should have asked is what kind of boiler do we have. Because they did not know how to work on a Crown boiler. He tried, but unfortunately, could not fix the problem and we remained without heat till we found another vendor who could work on a Crown boiler.
