LNTHandyman Construction, LLC

Had drywall repairs included. Workmanship was great but the area was not enclosed for sanding and I have been cleaning the house ever since. I should have asked where the enclosure was before the sanding started but I didn't. Not smart on my part but thought that drywall sanding gets all over would be obvious.

This owner, Les, was a true disappointment. If you want to hire this company, make sure that his top person Arron is on the job! If not I would look elsewhere! Without Arron, our job would have been much worse as we did hear from workers that Les tried to tell the workers not to give our trim a second coat of paint which WAS specified in the written contract. With that knowledge, we were able to stay on top of that and make sure the second coat was not skipped. There were also other promises made by Les in the pre-hiring interview that were totally ignored even when brought up by us. It was a constant battle to have him do what he had promised and was not worth the tension that was caused by this project. We were not concerned with price and told him that at the beginning. We were only asking for quality and asked that that be the main point in his bid. His bill at the end was fair as the additional thing we asked for we did get charged for and paid without any comment.

He is a great guy and I was satisfied with the quote. I did hire him to do the work; however, I cannot rate the quality or value of the work--he cancelled. Twice. My 50% deposit was returned after one month from my credit card company.

Great guy to work with. I did suppose he would take the rotten wood away, but that was my mistake because I forgot to ask. I have a feeling he would have if I had asked. Very nice, very quick and a good job.

courteous and easy to work with, Handled all issues promptly and finished on time. Fast response time when you leave a message.

He's fair, he will try to accommodate you any way he can. He has done all types of work for me, so he's very skilled. He's very polite, wants to please is conscientious and wants to please his customers.
