LNW was hired remove complete patio and walk that was less than 1 year old and cracking everywhere with 3 huge sections of puddling with no slope and trip hazards. Estimate was quickly given and start date was agreed on. The crew worked precisely and quickly. So much so that I added a walkway from front of the house to back. All the work came out perfect. From a short retainer wall to additional added sidewalk. The only issue I saw very much after is the cement droplets on all the facing windows. I haven't addressed that at all. The issue is return calls or text. You dont get them. The previous horrific so called contractor, KAP Construction, is being sued. To date it is costing close to $9000.00. That does include the replacement work. I called Levy and explained that I will pay the day of any of the crew that could explain what they found and they repaired everything to my complete satisfaction. He mentioned the employee who would be best and would relay message. I agreed. Still waiting. Several text asking if anyone could help and radio silence! I would only say that if hired you should check clean up thoroughly before last payment. And if his services are needed as in my situation, dont expect it. Even if you're in good standing and owe no money to him. Shame. He is aware of my driveway issue and quoted price. I had all intentions of hiring him for this but now it's a negative. He was paid thousands and even broke paying schedule when he asked because he had a shortage of funds. I came through. Once they have your money its bon voyage.

The weather played a real hazardous part in the final construction of the project. All in all the job came out looking very professional and I was well pleased.

They were very careful not to damage my flowers, very professional and did what they said they would, and the cost was lower than other estimates I received.

Mr. West called the same day, which delighted me. He went to the property (way out in the country), examined the problem and made a fair estimate which I agreed to. The morning of the scheduled repair (extension of a culvert, clean out culvert, and shoring up side of culvert to redirect water flow) I transferred $500 to his bank account. That day he called from the property, changed his mind about what needed to be done, didn't do as much work as he intended which didn't cost the $500 already deposited, completed the project, and sent pictures to me. We discussed using excess funds for future projects. When I went to the property weeks later I found that Mr. West only cleaned out the culvert and added some yard debris to the top and side of culvert, no sand, rock or concrete, but couldn't tell that from pictures sent. I have repeatedly emailed Mr. West and have not heard back from him. This is so unfortunate as I think this issue could be easily resolved. I really liked Mr. West. He WAS attentive, kind, seemed responsible. I WAS looking forward to doing other work with him however no call and no email to resolve this problem is upsetting and unacceptable.

Great work. Completed as was described in a timely manner. Mr. Levi was very courteous, made himself available and was well versed and professional. I would hire LNW again. Price was a bit high but within the price range that Home advisor suggested.

Levy, the owner, called me within 5 minutes! The crew was there before the week was out and had my caved-in brick patio repaired from armadillo undermining within 3 hours. I'm very pleased with the job done. It looks really nice now.

The Owner Levy called me within 30 minutes of submitting my request for a quote. He asked if he could stop by and look at the job that afternoon. He showed up and I had a quote within fifteen minutes and a deal was made for him to start the project the next day. His crew showed up as scheduled and by the end of the day I had a new addition to my driveway. I am very happy with the whole project and with the owner Mr Levy West.

The crew worked in a professional and timely fashion. Something that is not found very often with many contractors. I recommend this company highly !!

Levi West is a nice guy, affable, and verbally eager to please the client. My project was to take a bare, concrete foundation and make it into a professionally stained and polished concrete floor. The existing slab was in terrible condition and required extensive grinding to level it, which did not resolve the problems with gouges in the floor plus large areas where the old foundation had been patched (for example when plumbing in the slab had been moved.) I had previously received a quote for a concrete floor with a microcoat floated over it to achieve better homogeneity, but the company that provided the original quote abandoned the project before they began. When I found Levi was willing to do the project and for a slightly smaller amount of money, I was thrilled. He texted me a photo of the type of floor he would do, and it looked great. Here's where the problem started. The photo he showed me was of a newly-poured concrete floor that had been stained, sealed and polished. As it turns out, there was no way of making my floor look that good, but Levi either didn't know or didn't tell me. The second problem was that Levi's crew was not the concrete crew - the crew that did the majority of the work is from Miami, and when they saw the floor for the first time, after the contract had been signed, they told me that if they had known it was in that bad shape they would not have taken on the project. They did the best they could, but it was a far cry from what I was led to expect. Moreover, there was no designated crew to move the furniture in the house, so the concrete crew did it but left a custom-built dining table outside in the rain which ruined it. Also, no one draped the house so the concrete dust ended up literally everywhere - inside drawers, on clothes, on toiletries like my toothbrush, in every crevice of the kitchen, embedded into the drywall plaster. So in summary, I'm frustrated that Levis subcontracted with a Miami company to do the actual work, and that the subcontractor was unable to provide the product that Levi had promised. Perhaps with an easier project they would do better, but mine was too difficult because of the existing condition of the floor.

Levi West responded quickly and professionally. His team came out and repaired my driveway in a timely manner. It looks great!

My driveway is now cracking and is multicolored he has come back after 3 months of texts to fix it and it looks worse than when it was first done and I would not hire him ever because the driveway is a nightmare.

Levi West (LNW Construction) was one of only a few concrete contractors willing to accept a small patch job. My concrete driveway was damaged by the roofing shingles delivery truck resulting in a 8'x2' portion being broken. I contacted Levi on a Friday afternoon and he viewed the damage later that afternoon. Work was started the following week. Excellent workers with 30 years of experience. We even added some additional concrete work. Also recommended LNW Construction to the shingles truck company and the roofing company since they couldn't find someone to do the repair after three weeks of trying.
