I recently used Green Cleaning Service to replace the carpet in my client's condo. Their pricing was great and their service was even better. They were incredibly professional, great at communication, and did really great work. Will absolutely use them again and recommend them to future clients looking for carpet cleaning and replacement!

They cleaned my sofa which had an odor and was the main reason I had it cleaned. Sofa looked ok, but the odor did not go away even with using the deodorizer, which was $60 more!

I am still waiting for someone to come back and tell me why my chimney is still smoking up our house while the flue is open. My chimney is not usable and I just paid $350.00, plus a $10.00 tip. No one has come back to follow up and they told me it was my fault when we talked on the phone because we could not spend over $1000.00 on a chimney cap that they told us we didnâ t even need. I am very disappointed and still freezing cold in our house. The landlord would not pay for this chimney maintenance but everyone who lives here is freezing cold so my partner and I took it upon ourselves as we are having a new baby in January, to get the chimney working. I cannot have a newborn in an icy 100-year-old house with no heating system. We came out of pocket for this and really could not afford it with all the new baby expenses. Just feeling scammed and hurt by this. Wish it did not go like that.

Green and Clean charged 3-4 TIMES the asking price of other chimney sweep companies. Reviews on Yelp that we looked at (afterwards, unfortunately), said that that was their method of working: come in, look the job over and then up the price exorbitantly. They are well named: GREEN AND CLEAN, CLEANS THE GREEN RIGHT OUT OF YOUR WALLET!

I scheduled the basic chimney cleaning service for $99. After inspecting the chimney, the technician gave me two options -- one for over $500 and one for over $700. He insisted that it wouldn't be safe for him to only do a basic cleaning. He took pictures and explained all the issues he found. Since he was already there and I had taken the afternoon off to get this done, I agreed to the lesser of the two expensive options. After completing the agreed upon work, he offered to do the additional services included in the $700 package for no additional cost, if I promised to write a good review. Besides feeling that I was being over-charged I disliked the condescending attitude of the technician and his overly personal questions. Overall, I felt that this technician looked around the house, decided what he could get away with charging and took me to the cleaners, then tried to bribe me to write a good review by "throwing in" some additional services. I will not be utilizing this chimney cleaning service again. I haven't had a fire in the fireplace yet to see whether the cleaning actually eliminated the problem of smokiness, but he was covered in soot when he left.

I was quoted a price of $299 to do 4 bedrooms, a great room, and a dining room. The person on the phone said $49 per room and no extra charge for pet stains. When the cleaner got here, he said it was $60 a room for steam cleaning and $90 for a deep clean. We argued for a bit and he said fine he would honor the telephone quote. I still have stains on my carpet. My little home rug scrubber would have done a better job. Unfortunately, it is in for repair. I was very disappointed with this job and will not hire them again. I feel like I wasted my money

I feel that I was not given the proper service for the amount I paid. I would not recommend this pro to anyone because they have poor customer service.

Work quality - just a slight markdown because I think he could have cleaned up just a tiny bit better than he did. Would recommend despite this slight issue.
