I hired Mo to put up an entertainment center that was the most difficult thing I have ever seen. Mo came on time and was the most professional handyman I have ever witnessed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Going to hire him for all future work. He was on time, made sure that everything was cleaned up(cardboard tied up, other stuff put in a clear bag) and everything was out on street for garbage pick-up tomorrow. He was a real pleasure. This was for a portico for my yard. He had to cut up the old one (15 years old) and put this together. We did not realize that this should have been 2 men. He stayed till done and could not have been nicer.

We did a small renovation to our office and Mo did a fantastic job! He was great with understanding what we wanted, the ease in which he did everything, and the final project. Will definitely be calling him again if we ever need anything else done!

I called for a painter, he came out and was instructed to paint my walls and he painted my ceilings without my permission. I had to have someone come out and fix this which cost me twice as much. In addition it took him 9 hours to paint two rooms.

"This job was one that I regret. Apparently, there was a miscommunication between Miss Wanda and myself. I was told to paint 2 rooms not just walls. However, the customer is always right and it was a valuable lesson learned. I just wish I had been given an opportunity to correct whatever she was dissatisfied with, I would have done it free of charge. At LOC Home Renovations we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, unfortunately it didn't happen this time."
