Lombardi Property Development

There are two things that stood out to me the most 1) The way LPD quoted everything, especially compared to other contractors we solicited, was light years ahead. That coupled with good communication was what sold us on selecting LPD 2) Everyone that showed up to work at our house was very polite, respectful, and did good work. ...Would recommend LPD to others and would work with them again.

I needed a grab bar installed in my bath/shower and I looked online with Homeadvisor/Angi. It was a small job, and didnâ  t fit into the level of expertise that Lombardi Property Development usually provides. Steve Lombardi contacted me within a few minutes, and I explained it was just a small jobâ  but he graciously offered to help me if he could. He followed up with me, even over the weekend. He had one of his employees here at my house within a few days. John looked at the job, and got right to work. The job was completed perfectly. I would recommend Lombardi Property Development because Steve was incredibly responsive, helpful and prompt.
