Our hot water heater went out on July 17, 2023 late in the evening.The morning of July 18th I goggled plumbers in Lubbock. I came across Precision Pros Plumbing & it was rated 5 stars. We called them thinking it would be at least a couple of days before they could get to us. He was at our house before 2PM & by 5:30PM we had hot water. It was so nice to find someone that was knowledgable, professional, courteous and affordable. His name is Antonio Lopez & he was delightful! You donâ t have positive experiences like that much anymore & it was a breath of fresh air! He is coming back tomorrow to do some other plumbing projects that we have! I would DEFINITELY recommend Precision Pros Plumbing & Anthony to anyone who has plumbing projects that they want done promptly, & correctly by a man with a smile!

I hired Tony to replace my water heater. He came by the same day we were connected and took the old heater out. He returned the next morning by 9 o'clock - I had hot water by noon. He is definitely on my list to call anytime I have plumbing issues, either in my home or my daughter's home. He's a good man!!!

He was on time and very professional. What I liked the most about him is he gave a detailed plan of attack and he informed us of every option. Also he was not pushy about getting the job. Heâ s very knowledgeable in this field and price was better than I expected. Overall I will be calling him in the future and Iâ m very pleased with him. Ty
