In my view, Lotus Building Group is more focused on hiding bad reviews than fixing the serious damage they cause. Working with them was the most disastrous contractor experience I?ve ever had and left us in financial and personal turmoil. We had a budget locked in months earlier, confirmed over and over in writing, yet in the final 30 days Lotus suddenly tacked on more than $500,000 with no meeting, no signed change order, no explanation. Their invoices were riddled with questionable charges, including timesheets for days when no one was on site and ?in-house? work that was actually subcontracted. The quality of work was appalling: leaks, undersized HVAC, unsafe electrical, sloppy tile, ruined marble, and even false claims about U&O approval. The kitchen cabinets were the worst?paint peeling in weeks, doors the wrong size, shelves exposed, rough surfaces, and bargain-bin wood. In my opinion, their cabinet business is unreliable and felt like a scam. Stay far, far away.

Lotus even lied about having U&O approval when inspections had failed. The owner, Keegan, repeatedly gaslit us, dismissed concerns, and took no accountability. Reviews are being suppressed while lawsuits pile up. Bottom line: They are deceptive, negligent, and dangerous. Avoid Lotus Building Group at all costs.

The work was unacceptable: a third-party painter confirmed the expensive "Roman clay" finish was never used, and the walls appear to be drywall mud mixed with paint. Improper installation caused massive water leaks from a sliding door and a failing foundation. The HVAC system is undersized and leaks, and cabinets have improperly sized doors. Their financial practices were equally poor. The budget was raised by over $500,000 without approval, and we have photographic evidence that they billed for labor on days when no one was on-site. They also billed excessively for work that was outsourced to another contractor.

Over budget, NO schedule, sub par quality work, absolutely NO customer service, NO accountability for mistakes, fraudulent billing practices, & demeaning executives. Will sell you a dream and deliver a nightmare. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Im not the only one here saying this. Look at the other reviews.

When concerns were raised, Lotus dismissed or gaslit us, forcing us to accept mediocrity. Their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disregard for quality make them a poor choice. Save your time, money, and frustration by looking elsewhere.
