I had them bolster up my deck and dock. Their estimate was quite high, but I figured I should pay for quality. I wanted them to do the work on day when I could be home, but they wanted it on a specific day that I wasn't available. I regret giving the go ahead for this. The deck is now uneven. I called numerous times about getting it straightened out. I finally got a return call, in which I was told he'd be stopping by in the next week. That was 4 weeks ago. I just got tired of literally trying to get the situation straightened out. I regret hiring this contractor.

Thomas and his team did an amazing job installing hardwood flooring in my kitchen as well as laminate in the bedrooms. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, his professionalism and communication. He kept me informed in every step. I would definitely recommend Thomas and his team and use their services again.

Watch out for Thomas and Jimmy, they do terrible tile work and do not finish jobs. They hide behind different companies, LP Tile, L and P Tile, Advanced Tile, etc... We had to hire someone to redo a large portion of the work they did poorly and had to finish the mess they left.

Thomas did a custom tile shower and it is beautiful. Thomas is very knowledgeable and knows how to create a leak prof shower.

Thomas was very quick to provide a quote and begin work. He worked over the recent 4th of July weekend. He demolished an existing tiled shower wall and pan that failed after only two years in service. He showed me each step of the way how the contractor that installed the prior shower didn’t do it correctly. He was finished on time and at a very reasonable price. My advice is don’t hire carpenters to do tile work. Hire Thomas he will do it correctly!

This company is simply amazing. Thomas is incredibly professional, prompt and his work is beyond reproach. Unlike so many businesses today, L&P Tiles actually answers your phone calls. My only regret is that I didn't know about this company much sooner and would have had them do other work for me. I strongly recommend this company for so many reasons.
