For clarity to anyone reading, LRE Foundation Repair does not ? and has never ? offered a lifetime warranty on PolyLevel® repairs. Warranty coverage, product limitations, and repair expectations are clearly outlined in the written agreement signed prior to installation. We were unable to locate any additional attempts to contact our office or team members after that time and prior to the recent online reviews. "Mr. [Consumer Name Removed], Our Production Manager, Brad Nunn, spoke with you on Friday, Feb. 16. LRE has taken your concerns seriously and we appreciate this feedback and you bringing this to our attention. Our Crew Leader relocated the pop-up drain to a further location, per your request. Regarding some of your other concerns, LRE pointed out that your concerns about the system not performing fast enough was actually the result of debris getting into your channel drain. The great news is since you went with LRE for your channel drain project, you will reap the benefits of our 4" drain, which allows you to take the lid/cap off and maintain this yourself or hire someone to do it for you. LRE also has some other products that can help drive water flow even faster than the channel drain currently has the capacity to do.
