Did not follow my request on replacing rotted wood before painting. I wanted miter cut not the straight cut on the butted wood trim. Did not tell me at the beginning that I have to dump the rotted wood myself. The job seems hurried by mid day.

August 2016 - Hired LRM to paint the weather beaten side of the house. The estimate was lower than expected. Jimmy and his crew taped and covered all windows, doors, roof edges and other non-painted surfaces, repaired the wood siding where needed, and scrapped the surfaces to be painted. Then 2 coats of paint were applied, not watered down but straight out of the bucket. LRM does good work I would hire them again. September 2016 - 6 weeks later, I hired LRM again. This time, to paint the rest of the house exterior. They gave the same level of care and attention to detail, even when hand painting the siding in the three season room. They masked and taped all windows and doors, roof edges, caulked all seems, joints and gaps and repairing as needed before applying two coats of paint. I will hire LRM to paint the inside when it is time.

Painting one side of house exterior (about 1000 sq feet). Very courteous, arrived on time. Masked all stone/brick work, all fixtures and all windows in the job area were completely covered. Repaired selected trim locations and replaced all nail pops with spiral grip galvanized nails. Caulked all joints and seams, painted the gutters and down spouts to match. Cleaned up the work area well. Have not found any drips on any non-painted surfaces.

Arrived on time & professional satisfied with the paint job & clean-up will if needed hire this company again.

Very quick and efficient company. Communication was prompt and clear. I am very satisfied with the completed project (whole interior painting including ceilings and trim). Professional workers and done in a reasonable amount of time. However, some paint splatter problems were notice. I asked CertaProPainters to fix the problems and they never did. They never returned to make the fix. A couple of years later we contacted them again on a lark to see if they would make good on the fix. They came to the house to view the issue, said they would come back and fix it, and never showed up again. They did a great job on 99% of the painting, but this last little bit always bothered me that they never would fix it.

We had a very positive experience with Certa Pro and Luigi. Our house looks great and I don't feel that I overpaid for the job. There is no doubt that I'd hire them for future painting work.

The painters were very nie and finished in the time that they said they would. The colors came out great even the dark red in the kitchen. Had to clean up some paint but nothing major great job!!

Excellent communications, timeliness, and price. Minor touchups were done in just a few days and without issue or charges. Very clean!

They did a good job. What I like the best was everything that was not to be painted was covered very well. The only trouble I found was in one spot when they pulled the tape off they must of slid the tape across the wet paint because the blue from below is showing though in a small spot.

Luigi was great to work with. Scott and Tim are a great team and did a wonderful job painting our basement.

The painters were very good and really knew what they were doing. Very satisfied with their work and would use them again when the need arises. Cleaned up and took the trash with them. Put all the furniture back where it belongs. Good job.

They were friendly, completed the job on time. They cleaned up each day after finishing. They did a wonderful job and I would hire them again any time that I needed painting.
