Excellent experience with JRS Contracting. I hired them to remodel my bathroom and paint the interior of my home. The response for an estimate was extremely prompt and the pricing was reasonable. I was completely satisfied with the painting. I spent several weeks with Leandro (contractor) trying to design the bathroom. He was very patient, and never made me feel indecisive despite the fact that I am. I can now say I am in love with my new bathroom. He did an amazing!!! I would definitely utilize their services again.

Do not hire them. Hired them to remodel my small guest bathroom and there have been so many issues. They were rushed the entire time so everything is half or damaged. 1. The tub has multiple chips 2. Grout is cracking (this has only been done for a couple of weeks 3.Vanity top chipped 4. floors were not put under baseboards at first and when he came back to correct it he cut way too much of the baseboards and tried to shove a bunch of caulk in it. 5. Drywall is awful 6. paint is everywhere on my new floors and toilet. paint on walls is uneven, 7. installed mirror and vanity light crooked (then smothered drywall around it so now I cant fix it unless I redo the drywall. 8. instead of moving the pipes below sink which was agreed on I can now not use my bottom drawer since it gets in the way. 9. did not install the toilet paper or towel holder 10. Toilet will not flush! has not worked since installed. I think he left something in there before installing the toilet The list goes on and on but all I can say is use someone else unless you like garbage work.

I hired this company to install two doors. The total cost was $2000. I gave them a budget of 400 to 600 for the doors. They ended up purchasing and installing CARDBOARD doors, one of which is in a bathroom and is breaking down because of the humidity! When I asked them to install the doors, I ASSUMED that meant they would install the correct thickness of wallboard to match the remaining wallboard. They did not. I assumed they would apply plaster over the wallboard. When I asked them to, they slopped on a few remaining globs of what they had left of joint compound, did not both smoothing it over and it dried in uneven lumps, all of which needed to be sanded off. The installation of both doors was off center. There is poor construction of even the smallest details including large square insets carved out for oval hinges. Just a terrible mess. When I hired this company I was told it would be a 2 day job. When they left at the end of the 6 hour first day (they were very late), they said they had other jobs to do and would not be back! Buyer beware!!!

Had to make several request for itemized bill to split cost with neighbor.

Leandro was prompt to return all of my calls, was very clear about pricing up front, and performed quality service within a very reasonable period of time. Highly recommended.
