The dryer stopped working and we were told it needed a new motor. When the new one arrived it was defective and we were not informed. He used old parts with new and smoke was detected. When showing the repair worked he stated that it always sounded this loud. It ran less than two minutes afterwards. A second motor was ordered and still a part was the wrong size. Once he got the motor in it was now shared it was a bearing issue. He is not willing to reimburse us only stating what he did - LEAVING US WITH A DEAD DRYER! Just go to purchase a new one.

"Lies. Customer needed new motor i installed new motor, new motor still works! I tested unit and it all worked for 3 days. Then it started smoking because the belt and motor was spinning on the drum. Drum bearing is bad and locked up. I told customer drum bearing is built into the drum and the drum would need replaced. Customer said she dont want to spend any more money on drum."

Logan was very professional. He was great at communicating, give multiple options/ solutions, and turn around time. Other techs were quoting hundreds just to come out and look and had an over a week turn around… while Logan was the next day! 10/10 recommend!

He came in and took apart the refrigerator panel. He determined what was wrong but said the part was discontinued and he couldnt find it. He never gave me a part name or number even after I texted him, twice, and asked. I thought it would be on the invoice but it wasn't. After he left, I stepped on a screw he didn't put back and found a plastic cover that also didn't get put back. I found the the model number and researched and found the part number. I have since ordered the part and will ask my son to put it in. I won't call him for my next repair.

"Customer was given part number. Customer didnt like that i would not order used ebay part. I tokd them covers on top of the fridge. If they order ebay part and want to install they can i gave them step by step instructions on how to install. I dont install nothing except proper new oem. If i get a new part and its bad i can swap it. If i put ebay board on customer is expecting it too work. I cant warranty used. Part was obsolete only available used."

A month since he contacted me and my washing machine is still broken. He?s taken $250 of my money. $100 for diagnostic, $150 for repair. Somehow the parts he orders are wrong. He?s blaming the distributer but it keeps happening. Very unprofessional and horrible communication.

"He needed a lock first. They sent me bad lock i spent 150$ of my own money to have a good quality one installed. I got lock installed. The board wasnt reading the new lock. He needed and updated board. I gave him the correct number. Told him to order from this company I have used for years and i would install it for free. The company put a aftermarket universal board in the box and tried to call it original. So I had him contact them they did it 2x. I cant do my job with aftermarket."
