Hired them on 19th which was Tuesday. came out same day I hired him. He looked at the problem and ordered the part wanted full repair parts and labor cost upfront. Supposed to be back on 21st to repair part was delayed. When it came in on the 22nd he was too tired to come out and install it and it would be on the 25th in afternoon. The part was wrong so he reordered it and got one overnight and said he would install it on the 27th late afternoon since he does eleven jobs a day. I had a hard time getting someone to be at my home to let him in since I?m a single dad but had to work around his schedule not mine! After install the part didn?t fit quite right and he said it was because part wasn?t made like it use be and it is what it is. I coulda put $600 with what I paid and got a new fridge with warranty!

Second time using this company & as always it was a Great experience! He was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. Took the time to explain everything and got the job done quickly without any hassle. Really appreciate the honesty and quality work—would definitely recommend!

Logan seeley was great. Would recommed him to anyone. He really exsplained everything he was doing and showing me what was causing the issues with my washer and dryer. Appriciated everything he helped me with.

This guy Logan comes out to my house. Looks at my dryer tells me that it?s some guide slides pins and some other stuff and it?s gonna cost me $400 to fix it so I paid this man in advance to fix my GE Dryer . The next day and he gives me some excuse that the parts wasn?t gonna be in on time and that he wasn?t gonna be there that day which he guarantee me that he would be here over promised and under delivered and then when I told him that?s not gonna work for me, I have to go another one. He said I?m going out of town and he wouldn?t be back till that next Monday so I said I would I have to go with another company cause I need my price done guaranteed so I had another company come out and everything that this guy said that needed to be fixed was wrong. I just finished getting my dryer fixed for 160 bucks. Do not trust this vendor. He is not worth it. I would avoid him because he?s unprofessional and that?s all I?m gonna say about that.

Fridge went down and i couldn’t find a repairman. So after going and looking at new refrigerators I didn’t really like any of the new ones more than I liked the one I had. So i searched through angi and was matched up with LS appliance repair. I spoke to the repairman and he agreed to come look at my fridge and seeif it was repairable. He came out the next day and tested it and determined it was a bad compressor. He ordered a new one and as soon as it came in he was here to install it. But itwas shipped upside down and was bad. He said he would make a run to okc to get a good compressor and be back the next day to finish the job. He got back the next day and spent most of the day servicing the fridge to get it going. After all that the price never changed he honored his original estimate. I am very satisfied with the entire process. He is going to look at a dishwasher that has been down for years next. I will definitely ur LS appliance repair for any repairs. I will recommend him also

Logan is skilled and efficient. He came, looked over the refrigerator and diagnosed the problem. He came back after the weekend and installed the part he ordered. I would hire him again.

Logan did an outstanding job. I needed someone to fix my stove top knob. He showed up promptly for an estimate. Gave me a fair price and time line as to when he could fix it. Upon arrival of the day to fix the stove, Logan came prepared, on time and finished the job faster than expected. Some contractors try to upsell you and charge you for every little thing thing they do, which could lead to the high hundreds to thousands of dollars. Not Logan. He shot me a flat fee and approached the job with the humility, morality and professionalism more people should implement into their daily work life. I absolutely recommend Logan to anyone needing appliance repair. Thank you sir. You made this veteran proud to hire you.
