A month since he contacted me and my washing machine is still broken. He?s taken $250 of my money. $100 for diagnostic, $150 for repair. Somehow the parts he orders are wrong. He?s blaming the distributer but it keeps happening. Very unprofessional and horrible communication.

"He needed a lock first. They sent me bad lock i spent 150$ of my own money to have a good quality one installed. I got lock installed. The board wasnt reading the new lock. He needed and updated board. I gave him the correct number. Told him to order from this company I have used for years and i would install it for free. The company put a aftermarket universal board in the box and tried to call it original. So I had him contact them they did it 2x. I cant do my job with aftermarket."

Poor communicator. Said he covers the whole state, but didn't say he only comes to your town maybe twice a week, max. Said he "probably" had the needed repair parts at the office, so he could get it fixed "the next day". Surprise! He didn't have them, so it took a week to get the parts in, and for him to come back to this part of the state. Did the job adequately once everything came together. But he was very misleading about how long it would take. We arranged for a repair for a refrigerator leaking water from the bottom. We spent $400 for new gaskets, and now, a month later, the refrigerator is leaking again. Thanks for $400 less than nothing!

"Customer had a very old unit her door seal was ripped letting in moist air causing frost i told customer. Part was back ordered. She also had a clogged defrost drain in the back of the freezer. Theres a kit for that I told her I may have one at home. Now customer needed the kit the old drain tube she had was designed incorrectly and didnt have a check valve. So the moist air would come up through the drain tube and continue freezing uo and causing leaking out the front. Customer was told this."

Hired them on 19th which was Tuesday. came out same day I hired him. He looked at the problem and ordered the part wanted full repair parts and labor cost upfront. Supposed to be back on 21st to repair part was delayed. When it came in on the 22nd he was too tired to come out and install it and it would be on the 25th in afternoon. The part was wrong so he reordered it and got one overnight and said he would install it on the 27th late afternoon since he does eleven jobs a day. I had a hard time getting someone to be at my home to let him in since I?m a single dad but had to work around his schedule not mine! After install the part didn?t fit quite right and he said it was because part wasn?t made like it use be and it is what it is. I coulda put $600 with what I paid and got a new fridge with warranty!
