We hired LSC to build an addition which included a new crawl space foundation, kitchen, and pool deck. The project came out great! Lenny and his crew are top notch! The work couldn't have been better. Work aside, Lenny kept in constant communication. We never had to wonder where our contractor was. To me this was the most important characteristic of a great contractor: communication. Lenny worked with us through anything that came up during the process, be it an issue with the architects design, inspections, or unexpected hurdles to get over. There was never any "surprise" costs. If we needed additional materials not covered in the estimate, there was a discussion, not just an add on at the end. These were all minor and Lenny came in on budget which is another characteristic of a great contractor. To top it all, Lenny and his crew were just genuinely nice trustworthy people. I was happy to have them in my home. Great experience all around. We'll be enjoying this kitchen and deck for years. Thank you.

We were looking to add an additional 1,000 square feet to our home. This included a master suite with an additional bathroom and bedroom. My husband and I sat down with a handful of builders before we settled on using LSC Builders. We ultimately went with Lenny because he was honest, direct and patient with answering any and all of our questions. During construction, Lenny and his team were always responsive to questions or concerns we had. In addition, there were times he would initiate conversations about design and building choices to make sure the installation went smoothly and that the final product was what we wanted. Once our eight month project was completed, we could not be happier with our "new" home. This would not have been possible without the direction and guidance from Lenny. Lenny is truly a master-builder in every sense. From our first meeting until obtaining our CO, Lenny was there every step of the way, not just as a builder, but as a trusted advisor as well. From his material and design choices to communicating even before we could ask for a status update. We had some change orders, but everything that was quoted/priced to us came on budget. Lenny has surrounded himself with a great team as well, they went out of their way to walk either my wife or I through what they were working on whenever we stopped by. Lenny will be our first (and only) call when we decide to do our next project.

Lenny and his team did an amazing job on our basement remodel! They are extremely professional, reliable, and easy to work with. We always felt like we were in good hands with LSC, from the planning stages all the way through to the finished product. Lenny provided a very honest and competitive proposal from the beginning and then also made recommendations along the way that really made such a huge difference in how our finished basement turned out. We are looking to remodel our kitchen/living room/dining room in a few years and will definitely be reaching out to Lenny when we are ready. You can't go wrong with LSC!

This builder is both dishonest and incompetent. We hired him for a home renovation. He walked off the job without finishing, requiring us to pay other contractors to finish and to correct the shoddy and dangerous work that was done. I strongly advise against hiring LSC Construction or Lenny Salese for any purpose. Even worse, he is using pictures of our home on this website. The reason these pictures do not show a completed house is because he walked off the job without finishing, despite taking our money.

I used LSC Builders to do an addition and a complete remodel of my home. I can not thank Lenny and his team enough for all the hard work they did on my home, it is truly amazing. They turned our house into a home. The best thing about Lenny is he reviews the plans and lets you know if something does not make sense and shares his ideas to improve it. We were on a tight budget and with his help we were able to save quite a bit of money so that when the unexpected things came up, we could stay on budget.I can not recommend Lenny and his team enough. You truly can not go wrong by using LSC.
