Worst customer service ever. He would not call...always had to text. He was rude, and he did not want to fix the furnace he installed. I had to have someone else come out just to find out he did not connect the wires in the unit to allow the heat to work. He installed a unit that was too big for my house, did not replace the flue and did not put the system on blocks as I was told it should have been. I will never recommend him.

He explained to me the issues that my system was having and showed me the parts that failed and needed replaced. He was very trustworthy and honest, so I would recommend using this company.
