I was delighted when I found LSI Pools! Opening and closing my pool has been such a burden. With the help from Robert my pool was closed and ready for winter in a matter of hours. I will definitely will be contacting them in the spring and referring them to all of my friends. Highly Recommend!

I hired LSI pools to open my pool and maintain it once the pool was opened. It took them 3 weeks to get the pool in the condition that we were able to actually get in it and enjoy it. Robert then got an attitude when I questioned him and decided to cancel my service.

"Thank you for taking the time to write this and it is so regretful to hear of your complaint. We have never run into this type of issue with a client over our years of successful pool operations. We sincerely appreciate you choosing us as your pool service provider. As you know, your 2018 pool opening was scheduled per your request at the end of June. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that you were having a gathering that same weekend. Please keep in mind, timely coordination in writing can most often avoid situations and issues with things such as weather / filter/ pump / etc. We are dedicated and always available to assist our valued clients. Per services offered, you signed up for full season service as you did in 2017. We were in frequent communication with you over the summer and can confirm that you expressed dissatisfaction; however, we responded promptly in each case and corrected all issues. We eventually made a rare exception and allowed you to terminate your contract at no penalty to you whatsoever, which is a first. We value you as a client and felt this would settle the matter in your favor. Should the need arise, you are always welcome to use our professional pool services. Thank you for using our services and we always stand ready to provide service. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me directly."
