LSM has a great costumer service, he was on time, great service and good communication. . I had power washing services before but LSM did a good job power washing my home and really understood what I wanted.

Luzber did a great job power-washing my concrete driveway & sidewalk and brick walkway. This was a though job. He had the right equipment to do it right and achieved excellent results. Luzber is very professional. While my job was limited to power-washing, I would recommend him for any work that he offers. I highly recommend LMS.

They were scheduled to come by between noon and 3:00 PM, at 2:30 I received a message that they were running late and would be here between 3 and 4. I messaged them at 4:30 after not hearing anything and was told that they would have to reschedule. How much longer were you going to wait to call me?!

Luzber went above & beyond my original intent to power wash my deck. He also power washed my concrete below the deck and surrounding retaining wall. He didn't even ask for more money (although we gave him extra for his work!)

The service is great! He did an amazing job to revive my walking closets and the dry walls. The wall looks better than it was new. He communicated well for my needs and process. He is very patient and has highest standards of work heâ s doing. Would definitely hire him for other projects again and recommend him to other people.

I hired Luzber to repair a hole in my drywall ceiling after getting 2 other estimates. He was the only provider who asked what had happened, and when I explained it was a caused by a plumbing leak, he inspected inside the ceiling to make sure it was dry and not moldy. He was quick and efficient in repairing the hole but had to schedule a follow-up visit for the priming to allow the ceiling to completely dry. He also provided an estimate to smooth out an older repair on the same ceiling for a very reasonable price.

Came out same day, Saturday of Memorial Weekend to power wash my deck and porch. Everything looked amazing when he was done.

Very responsible - he makes the process smooth and easy. Very respectful and easy to work with us. He has completed multiple jobs for us and have always recommended him to other people cause he does a great job.
