Did a very good Job and kept me informed of everything they did.

I couldn't be happier with their work! This was a relatively small job, about 100 sheets hung, spackled, sanded and primed. This was over rough-cut studs that weren't very even since originally it was plastered. They shimmed up the walls, took a huge sag out of a ceiling and had the whole job done in about a week. They were prompt and very willing to meet your needs. I plan to use them again for future work.

Price was fair, quote was in writing and spelled out all work to be done. Larry and Tammy arrived on time and communication on the progress of the project was excellent. LC was fast and clean, even with all the sanding and drywall dust the mess was kept to a minimum. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and would like Larry and Tammy to quote on the next phase of the remodel, the slate tile installation.

LT Construction did a great job with our basement renovation project. The drywal and tile work was beautiful. They also built great shelves and put in a beautifully tiled shower. Our basement went from a damp and useless space to one of our favorite spaces in the house. Plus having the additional bathroom they put in is awesome. Whenever we ran into problems, as always occurs during renovation projects, Tammy listened to our concerns and addressed them right away. We are very satisfied with the project LT Construction worked on for us.

The job scope included installation of 300 sq ft of porcelain tile, 280 sq ft of Brazilian Hardwood flooring, and two new windows in Master Bedroom. LT construction completed all jobs at a fair price and within the promised time frame. Additionally, Tammy and Larry communicated with us during every phase of the job and showed up each day as promised. They cleaned up everyday and I had absolutely no issues with leaving them alone to do work in our home. They were respectful, courteous, and professional during the entire job. I would definitely recommend LT Construction.

the project was excelent,no only they show up on time.i choose the time that was good for us because we have 3children so that help a lot they finish the whole thing an 1 day and was daylight so give me time to check everything.so i would recommend them to any body.an fact i will have them in my house for more projects.
