LT home improvement was very present to work with, had good communication skills and did good quality job. They are an excellent company.

Removed old roof and gutters with carpentry repairs. Professionally done from beginning to end. Performed follow up work as needed as conditions changed. Luis and crew were very helpful and costs were honest,especially with inflation influences in the industry.

Luis is truly a professional. He brought a six man crew and completely removed my existing roof shingles, removed two skylights, a roof ventilator and replaced the entire roof with new architectural shingles in two days! The workmanship was 1st rate. His crew was the best I have seen in a long time. Clean up was ongoing through the entire job. I recommend him highly.

LT Home Improvement and Roofing has just finished another major roofing job for us that is PERFECT !! I first met Luis, the owner about 10 years ago. He came highly recommended and we had a large house in New Fairfield, CT with 12 large gables needing a full tear down with all new copper work and shingles. I knew right from the beginning that this guy was an expert because before any shingle was laid down we saw that the extensive copper work was done meticulously and looked beautiful. Luis and his team are perfectionists and the roof when completed looked like a picture from “This Old House” magazine. Every time we drove up to house over the following years we looked at that roof and copper work and recognized how much added value it brought to the curb appeal of our home. This was validated when we put our house up for sale after 10 years and every realtor said the roof looked fantastic and brand new.. no one believed it was 10 years old. We recommended Luis to two of our closest friends and Luis did the same great roof repair and replacement work for them as well. We bought an old farmhouse in late 2015 in Somers, NY, that needed extensive renovations so we asked Luis to come down from CT and work his magic as we needed another full tear-down and extensive roof repairs including all new sheathing with lots of specialized copper work as well. Our GC contractors who are old-world perfectionists themselves were at first skeptical about anyone they did not know. Within the first few days they were won over and said in their 30 years of house building and renovation, they had never seen a roofing company do such outstanding, careful detailed work. No short-cuts, no skimping – Luis takes great personal pride in all of his work and nothing less is accepted. LT Home Improvement is not the least or most expensive but if you want a job done the right way that will last a very long time then give Luis a call because when he is done it will put a smile on your face !

We received a very good quote, very detailed with neccessary recommendations, which other companies had failed to do. Luis was very personable and friendly. The work was done on time, neatly and within budget. The crew cleaned up after themselves each night. I have maybe found 10 nails in my yard after a complete roof replacement job. When a screen window was lightly damaged, Luis quickly replaced it with no cost to me.

They do excellent work. I can not say enough about the quality of the work that they do. They are the best. They do many wood roofs and shingle roofs. Their copper work is spectacular. The copper is made on the job and is beautiful. They are great craftsman. I highly recommend their work.
