I was experiencing a breaker tripping which was very scary. Brad was able to work me in between his busy schedule which tells you he cares about people. Brad and Sam came out to troubleshoot what was going on with the breaker panel. They were very thorough with their troubleshooting. They were dead on with diagnosing the cause of the issue which resulted in being the City of Lockhart's issue. Thank God Brad has contacts to the City in which the City of Lockhart Electric Company came out immediately and repaired the issue. Brad and Sam stayed while the City worked on the issue to assure everything was working appropriately afterwards. I cannot thank them enough for making my house safe again and for going above and beyond their responsibilities. I highly recommend them with NO hesitancy!!!!! Brad and Sam went above and beyond on my under cabinet lighting project. The job was not easy because of a tile backsplash. They did an amazing job.

Brad was absolutely timely in his arrival for the bid and for the project. Brad was also very knowledgable and took time to explain things as needed. Brad's assistant electrician, Sammy, was also pleasant and cordial. We are a retired military family, and Brad is a veteran, so this was a large part of why we chose to go with LTX. Additionally, the pricing was fair, not the lowest, not the highest, but reasonable considering we did not have to wait weeks for the project to be completed, and we did not feel like a number. Brad's company, people and quality of work are stellar. We would highly recommend Brand and the crew at LTX time and again, with no hesitation.

Brad and his coworker came in to install interior and exterior GFCI receptacles as the buyers wished. I hired LTX to install an outlet, in my laundry room, for my electric dryer. Brad and Robert were very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I had my A/C breaker went out. I had my A/C guy come out, and they referred me to LTX electric. They were out there within an hour, and the problem was fixed that day. He asked me to take pictures beforehand so he could ensure he brought the right parts. I would highly recommend them, and I've had this company out before, and they've always done a great job.
