Approx. 325 sqft area of the basement was fit out. Perry and his team did a great job. Kept us informed during the project and worked efficiently completing the project is 2 weeks. Finished product looks great and I highly recommend D. Willis General Contractors.

We worked with mostly Perry in the owner Dave Willis and they were experts they really know their stuff and we were able to get five estimates they were not the cheapest but the most knowledgeable and they really came through for us my daughter went through a divorce and had to move in our home with her two little boys and we put on an in-law quarter a kitchen a bathroom and a fun space for the kids to play and a beautiful outside deck they did a hell of a job they really did we're going to get our basement done this summer and we're definitely calling them their guys were awesome showed up every day cleaned up every day that was very important that they put all their tools away and considering there's two little boys in the home and they cleaned up spotless each and every day thanks again to Dee Willis GCI Mary and Patrick

These guys did a great job an amazing job very happy we just bought an ice cream store / shop they're going to renovate it completely they did an amazing job on our property we're going to have them come back and do our siding and windows in June but I would definitely recommend this company Perry was very very easy to work with and very accommodating honestly we don't know much about construction and they were very patient with us and guided Us in the right direction and we are so happy we chose them the crew is polite clean and respectful

I worked with Perry and Dave Willis GCI they did an amazing job they built a two-story Edition with a full basement and in-laws quarters a wheelchair ramp all necessary plumbing and electrical Ada handicap bathroom for my mother-in-law and they were amazing they got together with us they actually listened to our needs they brought their architect out we paid the architect directly and these guys handled everything from Soup To Nuts A to Z we didn't have a problem with inspections with the township we didn't have any problems with them or their employees they were really really amazing we're having a front porch built now the permits are in process and we cannot wait to have it done I would recommend this company 1 billion percent and now my two neighbors are going to use them for a kitchen and bathroom and basement renovations I am very impressed

After reviewing a number of contractors provided by Angie's, we hired D. Willis, GCI, to renovate our basement that had been infested with mold. I must say that it was a great decision. We worked with Perry who is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He is available to communicate at all times and is extremely knowledgeable. In addition, his wife, Meredith, a decorator, was available to offer her expertise. The staff, material and workmanship were of the highest quality. The end product was what we had hoped for as it was bright, inviting and extremely welcoming. Of note is the bathroom as the walk-in shower, the toilet and sink cabinet were of the highest quality. In sum, based on my experience, I highly recommend this company to you. Judy Young

The garage was crushed by a huge tree, so we needed demolition, debris removal, and a new garage, plus other storm damage repairs. We contacted several contractors, and D.Willis was among the first to arrive, and offered the widest scope of skills for the job, including handling permits -- one contractor who could do everything for the work. They brought in an excellent team of builders who worked efficiently together. As new damages were discovered during repairs, they were amenable to take on the additional work and renegotiate the contract as needed. Finally, the work completed a bit beyond the contracted terms, with good attention to details.

Perry and his team were great!

In all cases he put in what he wanted, and in all cases it was a lot cheaper and WITHOUT RECEIPTS . We were charged for the upgrades but did not get them (Refused to provide receipts,even when asked repeatedly (we have texts from him saying NO RECEIPTS, NO RECEIPTS! NO RECEIPTS!). They cut a huge hole in our garage ceiling for I have no reason why. Also one in the bathroom closet. Bought cheaper toilets than the ones we chose. Became very annoyed with my wife, said he would return them but didn't and installed them anyway. This we know because they still had the identifying sticker still on it. They put the wrong flooring in. We picked one that would match the existing hallway floor. It was an upgrade so we were charged more money and they put in the cheap floor anyway. The bathroom tub was supposed to be a nice tub to go with the expensive tiles we picked. They put in the cheapest tub they could buy and refused to take it out. They then put non slip silicone strips on the bottom that makes it look even cheaper. We came to find that the reason for the strips was to hide a chip that was there. They were repeatedly told we wanted SLIDING shower doors. They purchased the cheapest one they could find with a door that opens out. We asked for power flush jet toilets. They purchased watersense toilets, got mad when we told them it was not what we wanted. Finally said they would return them but put them in anyway. They left the water sense sticker on them is how we were sure. . There were cabinets put in without spacing and as a result the doors and drawers wouldn't open without scraping against the one beside it. We had to replace and buy new ones. The countertop was installed without having a plumber come in beforehand and set up the drain, so now installation of a garbage disposal is impossible without removing the countertops and cabinets. In both bathrooms, the wall niches have mostly gray and dirty white half inch thick threshold pieces to box them out (our bath is brown based) that were cut short at the ends, then filled with gray grout as filler. They couldn't look more horrible. They were also asked to put in white grout to match the brown and white of the bathroom tiles. They put in gray. Towards the end, we asked for proof of license to contract along with receipts. They refused. We told them not to continue work until they could give us receipts and proof of license. The very next day, I came down to find workers there scrambling to finish the job they had so far taken them two months to do. We received numerous and lengthy text messages from them cursing us out, accusing us of sexual impropriety and calling us foul names until we finally had to called the police. Succinctly, this company and the persons we dealt with, Perry Panaccio and his brother Al Panaccio, are a nightmare and not people you ever want have do anything for you! I am seriously considering suing, which I have never done...it is that bad!

Excellent crew

WOW! Perry and his team were the best! From the walkaround to find the needed repair issues to the follow-up on the 2 small items that we forgot to check until the final walkaround. They estimated a week and were done in 5 days and came back 2 days later to handle the 2 items. They replaced and painted rotting wood around the outside of our home, extended all our gutters into the pipes in the ground, removed all the under deck lattice work trim and replaced it with a much better solution that included a great sliding door to gain access if needed in the future and caulked a high-up window that had developed a minor leak. You will not find - IMO - a better team for almost any kind of construction work on your home.

This was an amazing experience, we had never done a renovation like this before and it was due to a pipe exploding in our basement. Not only did Perry and his team do an incredible job, they were unbelievably patient and understanding as we dealt with the insurance company and all the hassles they create. Their experience, craftsmanship, and tremendous customer service made this a wonderful experience and our new basement looks incredible! Thank you all again! We will definitely be using these guys for any future renovations/contracting work.

Perry, Dave and their crew are an amazing bunch of people. Not only did they complete an amazing job for us, they kept us in the loop while the work was being completed. Perry, was easy to work with, he stayed on top of everything. He went over and above what most contractors do. The trust and confidence his crew gave me was outstanding and very reassuring. I had to leave my property for the duration of the project but the crew kept me well informed of the progress. I would highly recommend D. Willis General Contractors, Inc. for any project.
