Billy provided excellent service from our emergency phone call, which he responded to promptly through replacement of a shower valve that was leaking and through the discovery and replacement of a corroded section of piping and the installation of a pressure regulator valve. The scope of the job, our options and his pricing were all clearly and fully explained in advance. He worked diligently all day and completed the job efficiently. He is skilled, personable, prompt and fair in pricing. The results were excellent. We will definitely call Billy again for future plumbing problems.

Billy came highly recommended by a friend, and he did not disappoint! He was very responsive and scheduled a visit quickly. He helped us with our boiler, will be fixing our kitchen pipes that have had occasional clogging issues, and is also working on a bent pipe. Highly recommend his professionalism and expertise!

Billy replaced water shut-off valves for sink and toilet in two bathrooms. There are no leaks. The price was excessive.

Lulu’s plumbing were great, we needed some work done on short notice and they were able to really help us out. They did a great job, and we’ll definitely use them in the future for any other plumbing work.

Billy arrived at the scheduled time to discuss the details of my plumbing retrofit and provide an estimate. The work involved removing the existing outdoor hose faucet and replacing it with a more modern Aquor no freeze hydrant. Additional plumbing inside the garage wall was necessary to accomodate the new hydrant . I obtained three estimates for the project prior to making my final decision. I selected Lu Lu's Plumbing because Billy provided a better explaination of the necessary work and the additional equipment to support the hydrant in the event future service was needed. Billy, also planned the work such that water to the house would only be shut off a minimum of time. This was not a common install for our temperate climate but I wanted the look and function of being able to do any repairs in the future without shutting off water to the house. Thanks Billy!

Billy from Lulu Plumbing came out to my house for an emergency hot water heater replacement. He explained the likely causes and addressed several other issues including a problem kitchen drain and our pressure regulator coming into the house. He was professional, prompt, and very customer oriented. I can’t say enough about his knowledge of and skill in the trade. He was patient with my many questions and taught me a lot about the technical aspects of the work he did. Super good guy who I’d trust for future work.

Pipe repair was done quickly, correctly, and efficiently. Had a leak in the wall at the shower valve. Lulu's came out and repaired the leak without busting up the tile. Came in a reasonable price to boot. Helped me get the sale though on time. Thank you!
