I was happy that they showed up on time, but I was not happy with the attitude I was given when I was asking questions to be certain that what they were doing would fix the problem. They did not complete the job as we agreed and the sewer smell issue was never resolved.

The representatives were fast in responding to notice of job. They arrived on time, were polite and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner and provided clear explanations about what the repair entailed.

They installed 2 new water heaters. A leak developed after installation and I called them many times to get them to come back and repair it. They would not answer my calls and even hung up on me. HomeAdvisor also tried to call them, and they did not respond either. DO NOT use them for any reason. They are not professional or customer service responsive. They are only interested in a quick buck. Bad company

After installation of the two water heaters (six months later) I had a leak on the same pipe that was originally replaced. After many calls to the company I did not receive a call back nor did they come back to fix the damaged pipe. Their customer service was unprofessional and not in the best interest of Home Advisor. I would not recommend them to anyone.
