Lutz Woodworking!, Tim Lutz!!! Don't let the photos full you. Please inspect your cabinets, every inch before you pay this man. If Lutz Woodworking, Tim Lutz, is paid in full, fulling your end of the contract ,and there are issues, good luck getting them fixed. Lutz Woodworking, Tim Lutz, received one half of his contracted amount on Nov 7th, 2023, and he received final payment for the remaining balance on Dec. 19, 2023. Lutz Woodworking, Tim Lutz, would then continue to have to address issues (some things very poorly as I will show) through the beginning of February 2024. The kitchen is Brad's area, so I did not inspect them at all, that is until I began cleaning and dusting them in preparation of hopefully getting to finally move into our new home. I did not get far until I began to see the level of workmanship that Lutz Woodworking, Tim Lutz, had to offer. I began texting Lutz Woodworking, Tim Lutz, in July to get him to address all of the issues I had seen. He finally came out to what I thought was to address these issues on Aug 12, 2024. He let himself into our home without saying a word to either one of us until after he had left. Brad had previously let him know that I would be home and wanted to be go over all of the issues in person w/ him. Brad text him (I don't know if Tim Lutz has an issue with talking to women or if it's just me because he has never replied to any of my texts or emails, he will only respond to Brad) to let him know of the things that were not addressed and he even acknowledges that day that he missed some but yet he has never came back to do so. Brad sent Lutz Woodworking, Tim Lutz, an email on Aug 22 that listed all of the remaining issues and Lutz Woodworking, Tim Lutz, then stated that he would not be coming back to fix anything else. So, to everyone that is thinking of hiring Lutz Woodworking, Tim Lutz, out of Lewisburg KY, he will not stand behind his work. We paid for cabinets that should have had minimal flaws but instead got cabinets where the backs of them do not even go all of the way across. He did not have to ask for pmt, we paid him as we should have. When he installed the cabinets, he saw each and every flaw. We should not have to beg Lutz Woodworking, Tim Lutz, to come back and fix what he clearly knew that he had left us. Please share so that others can be warned.
