Very unfortunately, our experience with Jonathan was terrible. We called him about regrouting our shower. He came over, looked at the shower, gave us the price and we signed the contract. He seemed to be very professional, very nice and very customer oriented which we liked about him very much. He called to confirm the work date which was also a nice thing for him to do. On the work day, things started out fine. He brought plastic to cover the bathroom floor with. The master bathroom was completely gutted and redone six years ago. It's a beautiful bathroom that just needed the shower done. He told us that he realizes the grout on the shower walls did not need to be done but since he had to regrout the flooring , which would be white, he would color seal the shower walls white to match. That was fine with us. We were actually glad that he didn't need to regrout the entire shower, just the floor. About 11:30 he said he was going to lunch and would stop at Home Depot to get the sealer for the walls. We expected him back in about an hour or so, maybe a little longer. However, he was gone for TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!! He called about an hour and a half after leaving to say he was on his way back. He did not return for ANOTHER HOUR!! I actually texted him to see if he got lost. He began working when he got back and when he was finished, he told us to come and look at things. It looked much better than it did originally, however, there were a couple of spots that needed to be gone over. HE WENT BERSERK ON US!!!! He yelled at us that they were not dry. We understood that, however, the color is the color and part of the floor was not uniform with the rest of the floor. It was obvious. There were also a couple of other places on the shower walls that needed to be gone over. We couldn't understand what the hell the big deal was! He had already taken the plastic off the floor so he was standing on the floor with his shoes and when I asked him to step on the mat he again SCREAMED at me! The man is insane! We have never dealt with a contractor of any type that was as defensive, belligerent, hostile and just plain crazy acting like Jonathan was! Very reluctantly he went over a couple of spots but it was not enough. He tried to blame the floor tiles but, as I've already said, this had been a new renovation to our specs and it was perfect. His behavior was unbelievable!! He acted, in part, like he was exhausted and I thought to myself that if he did not disappear for two and a half hours he might not have been so damn tired and irritable and hostile! He left our bathroom very messy and dirty. It was obvious he was angry! Everything has since dried and the same spots are still there, as we knew they would be. We need them corrected and are going to hire someone else to do it. Jonathan's behavior was so volatile that we do not want him in our home again. Additionally, on another review site, he has gone from cursing me out to saying he never did work for us, to now apologizing. He's also sent me nasty text messages. To reiterate, the job was not bad, but his behavior about fixing a couple of things was so hostile that people should be aware of it. Had we known he would act as he did, we NEVER would have hired him.

Jonathan entered my home and was very professional the whole time. He did excellent work and my grout and tile looks better than ever. He did a grout color seal and I got more than my money's worth. He has over 20 years experience and really knows what he is doing. I am a repeat customer of his and would hire him anytime for any of my grout jobs in my home. A true service professional!!! Thank you Jonathan for the wonderful work you performed for me in my home!

Jonathan came to repair tile in my master shower. He did an amazing job!! He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have tile work done anywhere in your home. His price was extremely fair and the work was done in a timely manner. The fact that my wife was teaching from home, right below him and was not bothered at all, is a testament to his quality of work. Thank you Jonathan!!!

Jonathan was on time and took time to do the Grout repair. Work ethics was great. Fixed one of the bulging tiles and finished up with sealer all around. Recommend him for any tile repairs or grout repairs.

He could clean up the tiles a little better after he is done, otherwise we were very pleased. Actually would be 4.5 stars. He was a nice man and worked very hard on a difficult job.

Jonathan responded within minutes of my initial request for service! He came out same day gave me a quote that was extremely reasonable in my opinion and did the work on the day that I needed him to do it which was on a Saturday. I’m very pleased with the job that he did in the quality of his work.

There was some difficulties but Jon was quick to come back until the job was done to my satisfaction. He even followed-up after the job was done to be sure I was happy with his work. He was extremely good about using products that would not bother me due to my allergies. He's very thoughtful and conscientious.

Followed through and if he was running late he notified us of ETA and he arrived about 30 minutes early.

I was very pleased with the quality of work he preformed in my home. He went above and beyond what I had asked him to do by doing additional caulking in my shower and counter top. He threw in an added service that I was very pleased with.
