DANGER!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS!!! NV BUSINESS LICENSE IS REVOKED! I explained I was unhappy with the results and my husband was going to call him to discuss what the expectation was for the work he performed and instead of trying to make it right, HE ADMITTEDLY STOLE PROPERTY FROM MY HOME AND STARTED THREATENING ME. I?ve never once not paid a contractor that?s come to my home, but I have never experienced something like this. I had to leave my office and drive all the way home searching my home for missing property. I am now here waiting on metro to arrive to file the police report for admitted theft/robbery. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW THIS MAN IN YOUR HOME. Hiring an attorney is going to cost him a whole lot more than his $175 service call. I?m a licensed contractor myself and in 20 years in business I?ve never met a person this mentally unstable. He?s VERY VERY DANGEROUS! His license is also revoked!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Johnathan Dubow AKA LV Grout Tile Surgeon LLC. After my dad hired him to do grout work in his home, he complained about the temperature, which was set at a comfortable 72°F. Despite my efforts to accommodate him, he left the job after just two hours, claiming the environment was too hot to work in. When I requested a refund of 50% deposit he required for the incomplete job, he refused and became unprofessional in his communication, even blocking me afterward. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of commitment is unacceptable. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a reliable contractor who can handle the job without making excuses. I was listed on the contract as a point of contact and have tons of text messages to prove the communication. He also went thru our paperwork and took the contact for the job, not sure if he took anything else. He also showed up an hour late. Scammer beware~!

Jonathan was on time and took time to do the Grout repair. Work ethics was great. Fixed one of the bulging tiles and finished up with sealer all around. Recommend him for any tile repairs or grout repairs.

He could clean up the tiles a little better after he is done, otherwise we were very pleased. Actually would be 4.5 stars. He was a nice man and worked very hard on a difficult job.

Jonathan responded within minutes of my initial request for service! He came out same day gave me a quote that was extremely reasonable in my opinion and did the work on the day that I needed him to do it which was on a Saturday. I’m very pleased with the job that he did in the quality of his work.

There was some difficulties but Jon was quick to come back until the job was done to my satisfaction. He even followed-up after the job was done to be sure I was happy with his work. He was extremely good about using products that would not bother me due to my allergies. He's very thoughtful and conscientious.

Followed through and if he was running late he notified us of ETA and he arrived about 30 minutes early.

I was very pleased with the quality of work he preformed in my home. He went above and beyond what I had asked him to do by doing additional caulking in my shower and counter top. He threw in an added service that I was very pleased with.
