L&W Contractors

Nice work. No problems.

Dave and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen. They turned an old stairway into a shower for the powder room and they gutted and rebuilt our outdated, rundown kitchen. The kitchen has never looked so good and the work was done really well. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and did an awesome job. The structural builds are sound and the finishing work is spot on. We're really happy with the way everything turned out.

I was impressed with their professionalism. I have had a few contractors in for renovation work; they were the first to take the time to set and and clean up with care and consideration for our belongings. I would use their services again.
Jason and David are in the process of replacing the worn deck planks. They have undertaken the project in a professional manner. They assisted me in unloading the lumber from my SUV. Also, because the planks I had initially purchased were too thick, they helped me load them into my vehicle so that I was able to exchange them for the correct-sized planks. The project is going smoothly. I recommend L & W Contractors.

I had L & W come out to re-do our downstairs Powder Room. We've used L & W for our Basement Refinish, as well as other jobs around the house. Dave and his helper removed the old fixtures, and the really outdated wallpaper we had. The walls were cleaned and prepped with Spackle as needed, and then they were primed and painted. We picked out and supplied our new fixtures and they were installed (new toilet, sink, towel bars, and exhaust fan) perfectly. You can tell by the results, they have a lot of experience doing this! We picked out a somewhat odd vessel type of sink with a different base and countertop that wasn't really designed to go together. This was brought to our attention, however the items were special order so we couldn't return them. The Plumber working with Dave gave us an idea for making the combo work, and went ahead installing it. He was able to put it together and make it work like it was meant to be! That ability and experience is priceless, it saved us having to order a new set and loose the money spent on the one we picked. The attention to detail on everything was awesome as we expected. When hanging the new mirror the studs for anchoring weren't perfectly centered, and the mirror looked ok, but they spent extra time coming up with a way to get the mirror perfectly dead center. That's dedication!
The newly freshened bathroom looks great! We had great expectations using them on prior work, and we were not let done on this one!
You are truly getting top quality work with L & W, and the level of detail is just incredible. You can really tell a lot by the little things!

I had Jason of L&W out to perform some general maintenance, as well as spruce up our bathrooms a little bit prior to selling our home. Where I was most impressed was in the bathrooms. All of our tubs/showers had caulking everywhere, that just looked old, and dried out. Jason carefully removed all of the old caulking without disturbing the finish of the tubs, or the walls where they intersect. New caulking was then applied to all of the tubs, and all I can say is WOW, the new caulking looks beautiful! Very clean straight appealing lines. This alone gave the bathrooms a renewed appearance. I was very happy with the work. I also had some sections of our hall tongue and groove flooring repaired/replaced. The trim was carefully removed, repairs made and the trim re-applied. Our floors looked great again, and with no sign that work had been performed. The communication from Jason was great, and the appointment was kept on time. The work was very high quality, and was very reasonably priced for the quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job by professionals.
