The entire process from the inspectors availability to receiving the report was conducted in a professional manner. After the inspection was complete the inspector took the time to review his findings by explaining concerns and show me areas in my new home that needed to be addressed by the builder. The inspector also provided a copy of the report to both myself and the builder to allow time for concerns to be addressed by the builder or submitted to the warranty department. His findings provided me with assurance that my family is living in a safely constructed home and is saving me money in the future by addressing concerns that may later be costly. Thank You!
