I would hire this contractor for other projects that come up in the future. The price was the best and his work was and is perfect. He did what he promised he would do. His foreman Carlos and his other employees where a pleasure to have on my property. On time everyday and when the job was completed they left my property CLEAN..... Love my new deck..... It was such an good experience. Feel at ease to hire!!!!!!!!!

Wayne the president of the LWF Construction is a very professional individual and any easy person to deal with. His staff is very professional, easy going and with a good sense of humor. The work done was excellent, I will use him in the future and will highly recommend him to friends. The price was what was quoted and fair. He also has worked with the type of wood I had on my porch, perfect work done. Great job.

They came in and did everything they said they would and didn't try to cut corners. They were a little more than my other estimates, but I wanted quality over saving a few bucks and highly recommend them if you want something nice that should last for years.

Wayne is very responsible, very reasonable, very good in his pricing. He will re-do the work, if it is not what you wanted. He is one of the best, very old school. Trust and responsible is at a loss these days, he has always done good work for me.
