Wood Flooring Refinish
Hired them to refinish a floor to match flooring in an adjacent room.Refinished floor turned out to be a poor match. Floor was left with numerous divots, uneven removal of existing finish and noticeable streaks, dirt/debris in final finish. Promised they would return and correct if we could wait a month or two. Didn't follow up on their initial promises to provide a professional floor refinishing project and a satisfied customer. Wound up covering much of refinished floor with carpet to hide defects in finish.
