We were looking for a General Contractor for new hardwood floors in a home we were moving into. LW Lantz and Company was hired. Impressed with the flooring, we then continued using them to remove a wall, add a doorway, replace another existing doorway, electrical lighting and circuitry, dryer vent installation and other things. With his good communication skills, Wayne developed a personal relationship with us. He was very accommodating, always responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner, supervised and oversaw all work being done. Everything was to our completed to our satisfaction. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Wayne and crew!
