LZ Development

Zach was hired to build a closet at one end of master bath. When contacted after completion advising of a couple of issues that needed attention, this was on 2/12/25. He advised he would repair the issues as soon as he built a standalone cabinet, which he would commence working on that week and would have completed by 2/17. After numerous phone calls and Texts, with no responses, I contacted on 3/21/25 advising I would like the deposit back for the cabinet and a firm date for the repairs. I did not get a response, on the 28th I called. He advised he had emailed me advising he was returning the deposit and WHEN HE HAD A CHANCE, he would call me to set a date for the repairs. I did not receive an Email.

Very dissatisfied. Zach built a closet, the bifold doors have gaps on the top going from 1" down to 1/8" on both doors. The Wall board taping and texturing on LH lower edge was poorly done and corner of door damaged. I have contacted him repeatedly since 2/12/25 and he has yet set a date to do the repairs. I have finely scheduled another contractor to do the repairs. Not pleased at all!!!

Zack responded to the request over the weekend. He was able to make a visit to inspect the work request following Wed and resolve the issue to satisfaction on Thu. Appreciate the quick turnaround.

Zack was exact on the estimated time down to the minute. My project came in a box with no instructions. Zack did a quick YouTube video for reference and the project went great. Zack left the work area clean and picked up.
