"The client was scheduled for service for Jan. 2020. They called on a Friday and asked for service on Saturday in December to have the project completed sooner. The workers were scheduled for other jobs so I personally went out to service the client. I loaded two 8 foot sectionals in my HUMVEE after disassembling and removing from the basement. One recliner was left for pick up the next day and the client only paid for the sectionals. The husband called latter in the day to say the town would pick up the remaining chair and that he was happy with the service and would recommend me to others. I replied I was happy he could save money and thanked him for his business. During the whole time I was onsite the clients wife constantly ridiculed me among other nasty comments. I will not be servicing these clients again and would strongly suggest other contractors avoid them at all costs."

"My company moved a 1,000lbs + hot tub for this customer. It was approximately 10 years old and had not been run in 4 years. I advised the customer that it should be tested before we moved the hot tub in case it did not work so that they would not be charged for moving "junk". They said they didn't care and to move it from point A to point B. We accomplished the job without causing any damage to the hot tub, no small feat. We also stuck to our original quoted number given additional issues that arose from how dangerous this project was. Additionally, the customer agreed to the price so the poor review for value for money is ridiculous. Our quality was suburb, and we communicated throughout the entire process. I would not do business with them again."
