LaBrie Property Maintenance & Landscaping, LLC

very timely communication

They were professional and did a great job clearing and removing serious overgrowth at 1/2 the price quote of Ferreira.

I was really happy with: the estimate; responsiveness and willingness to adapt to my needs (that changed a bit as the job rolled out), willingness to meet my time frame & quality of the work compared to cost. I would have rated 5 stars but for the less-experienced person who was sent to complete the job on the 2nd day, while very nice and willing, needs more practice skill-wise. If it weren't for the person who came back on the 3rd day to do an extra add-on I wanted, who fixed the not-so-good raking from the previous I would have been less pleased with the results. Happy Happy now!

Labrie Landscaping was very easy to deal with. They showed up when they said they would, they were very accommodating by doing additional excavation work and they didn't leave until all the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Quick response, reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Rip-rap looks good and saves mowing effort. Mr. LaBrie was responsive to questions and reached quick agreement on final price after modifications. He was interested in my satisfaction.

I hired LaBrie to even out my yard and hydroseed. I then decided to use a plan I had done by a Landscape Design professional years earlier and put all new shrubs , perrenials, and trees throughout my yard. They did a fantastic job for a good price, They stuck with the job till it was complete and created a beautiful yard for me. They are hard working, professional, and work with the homeownwer. I was so pleased I will continue to use them next year to landscape my new lawn in the back yard, I highly recommend them. Job required great patience as I am very particulair. Dana is the best!

After reading all prior good reviews, I wanted to support local, family owned business but overall was disappointed in their customer service and found discrepancies with their billed labor time having some slight overages. The portion of work that was completed was okay but only about half the project was able to be done in their proposed time frame. In the end, the labor time discrepancies weren't worth it to me to argue about but between that and the seeming lack of customer service, I would not hire again for future projects.

Yes-very prompt/courteous.Good deal.

job was done as i expected and in gteat time. thanks

Very profession., conscientious and patient.

They repaired a crack in our foundation, dug right to the bottom, did a great job waterproofing the area, sanding the patch inside and out. We also had them do a fall yard cleanup while there. It's a big yard, we were very happy with their work and will have them back in the spring for regular maintenance.

LaBrie Property Maintenance & Landscaping contacted me right after my request was put in. Even though my particular job was small scale, they treated me first class. They even delivered the same day! I would highly recommend them. I know where I'll be ordering my mulch from next spring!

I have used LaBrie Landscaping several times in the past and have been extremely pleased with their work. They are dependable, do quality work and at a fair price. I intend to use them again for other projects and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done at their property.

Polite and prompt service.

Within the same day after I sent my initial request, LaBrie contacted me to set up the appointment for an estimate. The owner stopped by the next day & sent me a quotes after that. The price is reasonable & they were willing to raech out to me for all my questions. LaBrie has started their services & so far I don't have anything to complain.

prompt response and professional service

They contacted me immediately and were enthused the start the excavation/foundation/driveway work. They are prompt hardworking, straight shooters. They did everything we asked for meeting our deadlines and more. They worked in a drainage pipe beside my house that caused leaks in my existing cellar as well as a drain across my drivway that has been washing out the crushed asphalt for 28 years. They were professional, curtious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. I am a very satisfied customer!!!

LaBrie Property Maintenance & Landscaping did a great job. Work performed at targeted budget. I am happy.

Excellent work , they are professional and had all bases covered

.

The project was completed on time and on budget. I have no basis for measuring the quality of the work.

Labrie landscaping was friendly, knowledgable and completed the work on a very reasonable time schedule. Pricing quote was accurate and fair.

great job
