I called Bill after finding a leak in my living room. He arrived the same day and updated me on his ETA often. He is friendly, personable, professional, and knows his trade. He seems like a great guy and runs a great business. Him and his worker fixed my leak in a timely manner and have great prices. I will hire him again in the future.

Bill was the first who responded to my request for a service. In two days he found time to replace two outside faucets and bidet toilet attachment. Bill is very knowledgeable and made great recommendations regarding plumbing vents in my house, without trying to go the easiest way. We made plans for additional jobs.

Bill called me the same day and came the next day to fix my outside faucet. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anybody.

William LaCourse, for short Bill, was recommended by Home Advisor when I first had a leaking valve in the system. He came within an hour time, despite being Sunday afternoon, made the repair, and things were good. Later, the boiler, a 5 years old Navien system started having issues, the heat stopped, the hot water stopped. Bill worked hard, disregarding the time of the day (came in at 7 Pm when a part was delivered at that time), and finally restored the heat and the hot water. Bill is now on my list of professionals I know I can count on: he is very approachable, easy to talk to, knows his craft and all around a pleasure to work with. His charge was within limits I was expecting for such a complicated, hours consuming project. Thank you, Bill

Him and his son came lucky for me it was not the sump pump but a drain outside the door which had overflowed r the rain outside and too much snow and rain at once but he bailed the water out and plugged it up so water couldn't enter my basement very nice people and i would call them again

Bill LaCourse replaced my old broken sump pump ASAP as my basement is prone to flooding and we were expecting heavy rains. He was a pleasure to work with. Prompt, reliable, great quality of work, reasonably priced.

He was quick to respond and he came over when he said he would. He was a great communicator. He got the job done and went out of his way to make sure everything was secure. I feel like he did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company.

My family and I were trying to make sure the new bathroom was inspected and up to code. He installed the shower, toilet, sink, plumbing etc. He was very quick to let us know if anything came up that was unexpected. He was always including us in every aspect of the process. We felt comfortable with him.

He went above and beyond after replacing my water heater, he hauled the old one away for me.
