Bathroom Remodel
They started about March 25, 2008 on our small bathroom project and are still working on it when ever they feel like it. It is now May 28, 2008 and they have a shower put in with no shower door, they put in a toliet and nine tiles on the the floor!

"The old subfloor had deteriorated and was not structurally sound after 60 years and was removed. We installed a new subfloor which delayed the project. Contractually, the customer should have paid for the added expense which was an enormous. They did not have the resources to pay for the repairs. We absorbed the entire expense and did not charge the customer. Do it right or don't do it at all."
