A lot of promises were made, few were kept. Initial cleaning went rather well. However, several cleaning requests/requirements that were discussed and agreed to were not completed. Subsequent visits got worse; always late (by hours, not a few minutes) and the quality of the service deteriorated significantly. Again promises were made that were not kept i.e., at minimum, call to let me know if you are delayed. When at my home, it seemed to me that there were numerous interruptions by constant texting, family members calling with one crisis or another, time was taken to go out to the car to make calls, etc. Last week did not show up at all for appointment. Unable to locate her by phone or text. Nice, pleasant woman just starting her business has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction and consistency of the cleaning services she contracted and agreed to provide. If she can stay focused I'm sure she'll do fine. I wish her luck and wish her well, she's a nice young person who needs to learn to manage her business and customer expectations.

Do not be fooled by this blue-eyed beauty. She is a WORKHORSE! First cleaning of my house (that has been neglected for months, years in some parts) now from the top to the bottom EMACULATE! It will be a pleasure to see her every other week to maintain this previous dust bowl of a very hard to clean, splintery log cabin. Do you self a wonderful favor... HIRE THIS GIRL! And thank you Home Advisor, for finding her for me!
