22 Mar 2010, the 1st visit from Lagrange Appliances was courtesy and timely for appointment. He gave me an estimated for repairs, I paid for half of the estimated, expecting that it would be completed by 1 Mar 2010. I received a signed receipt of payment and a time of completion. 7 Mar I have not received another visit, he has promised he would completed the job and he has not shown up several times. I have since written a compliant to the better business bureau and will seek legal action to recover my deposit.

Great service for our nonemergency need after his emergency custormers were cleared. Pricing was pretty good. Great attitude and full of helpful information.

They came out the same day I called and repaired my washer in no time. It's been almost 2 weeks and so far so good.
