They try to give you your prices upfront which was a big selling point for my family. The owner is very friendly as well and reaches out before and after a project is finished to make sure your needs can and have been met.

They did not go into my attic to spray.

I had two companies tell me 1) the first year set-up service for my 640 sq ft home would be $1300, 2) my home was too small for them to work on, and 3) the earliest appointment for an estimate would be a month out. I called LaJaunie's and they came out for an estimate within a day or two, with work completed within one week. Very personable and efficient people who came to the house on both occasions, very knowledgeable and protective of my time. Cost was well under half the other estimate, and yearly thereafter will be less as well. Thank you LaJaunie!

A neighbor thought they saw termites in a tree on my rental property. I had my termite service come look, no signs of termites, or so they said. Just a few months later, there was a HUGE nest in plain site on a tree. I called the company who was going to send someone. Meanwhile, I called LaJaunie's Pest Control who sent Matt out that day. He had never seen such a large nest, and identified the tracks on 2 additional trees. We contracted LaJaunie's to protect the house (which didn't have signs of termites), and the contract included treating all 3 trees. The trees were treated the very next day, and the house is begin treated preventatively as weather will permit. The origianl company finally called back a few days later, and I told them "no thank you, you didn't catch the termites the first time". And Matt took his time, was very informative, and knowledgable about the various procedures and contracts.

Lucas was awesome, this is the best service and of the highest quality that I have ever gotten as a customer of ANY kind. Having just purchased my first house, he was genuinely concerned about making sure that my new house would remain in its current condition well into the future. He went above and beyond, literally broke his back for two days baking like a turkey underneath my crawlspace and frying like an egg under the scortching hot sun while he staged various termicide deployment systems all around my property. What makes Lucas such a great technician is that he actually enjoys the work that he does, which speaks for itself to anyone who knows what this means. I was the victim of a live Termite infestation. The Technicians methodically searched for an located active spots and treated them
