They were good as long as they had their money, but as soon as the part came in they did not show and it took 4 months. At this point I am unable to get hold of them.

Appliance (Major Gas Appliance) Installation and Replacement
Hired them to convert my new dryer from gas to propane and hook it up. I had all the parts needed for conversion and install. They came out as scheduled and in course of conversion they broke a part. It happens - not a problem. They were scheduled to come back the next day to complete - did not show and said they had not received the part. They rescheduled for two days later but called and said the car broke down. They said it would be the next day but then called and said that one of the guys had a funeral, Which I am sympathetic toward. However knowing that they promised it would be done later that day but it did not happen. Three days after that they finally get out here, finish the conversion, but do not hook up the vent or gas line. Just leave it there. I called, and they say oh we were not hired to install it just a convert it, which is totally a lie. First class money paid for 3rd rate service. Do not use them, they have no idea what it takes to run a business. Oh! And now I have no idea if it works or if the conversion was done right. Unbelievable until you experience it...

The two gentle man were very professional and knew their craft. I was "EXTREMELY" impressed with the care in which they went on about taking care of the business at hand. No nonsense professionals that wore masks and gloves throughout their stay, protecting my family and themselves.

This was a complete scam. After explaining over the phone that we felt either the compressor was broken or that our freezer needed Freon, they sent someone who couldn't do any service to our fridge and charged $125 simply to tell us what we already knew--that our freezer isn't working. I couldn't recommend this company less.
