I hired La Paz to clean my kitchen and bathroom tiles. They did a terrific job cleaning the grout in the kitchen and cleaning and polishing the tile in the bathroom. At $175, the price was very reasonable for the work performed.

"Thank you for the review Allen. Just curious to the comment of better quality of material used. I actually have a before and after picture of the shower that I have put out on Facebook because of how much better the shower looked when we were done. It was in very bad shape and it looks amazing compared to what it did. Couldn't make in new but we sure worked hard on it. Actually worked on each individual tile until it was clean and then sealed everything with highest quality sealer. We appreciate any comments we get from our costumers. They did not completely clean floor. Dirt on paper towel that I wiped across floor of closet is the evidence. Grout not consistently cleaned and dirty water sucked out. No wet vac used so dirt was left on floor to dry ? Stated could not fill small holes, that grout would dry and come right out. I was not told this during the conversation when date for cleaning was set. I thought they would clean the tile in the 2 showers too, but they just used a small brush on the grout and then said they sealed the grout at $50 per tub / shower.

"Not sure what happened. I received a call on Friday after our guys had left. Valerie stated she wasn't happy. I told her I would check the schedule and Monday(this morning) to come out and address any concerns. I called and left a message and now I just see this. We are more than happy to come back out. We use something much stronger than a wet vac to extract dirty rinse water. Please call me back like we talked about so we can arrange a time to come out if you like. As I told you on the phone we will drop whatever we are doing to handle this for you."

"This is the first I've heard from this customer since doing the job. We have been doing this 37 years now and have always bent over backwards if we ever receive a call from someone who isn't 100% satisfied. I would drop anything I'm doing to go back out and make it right. It's rare but it will happen in 37 years of course. I have left a message for the customer to see what it was they were dissatisfied with. Also haven't received any payment for the job so nothing to return? Please call me so we can communicate and work it out :)"

Frankie did a great job of cleaning and sealing our 20 year old tile and grout in several rooms. Fred and Frankie are professionals and when they finished provided tips to keep the tile and grout clean longer. I highly recommend La Paz.

They did a great job! Took their time and answered my questions! The flooring was original from 1969, and it looks almost brand new!! Love it!! Will bring them back again for any future jobs!!
