Poor workmanship, had to have them come out 3 different times to fix errors. At the end the job still wasn't what I wanted, but sod had set and it was too late. Really poor customer service. Minimal compensation for maximum damage.

Cheryl was very effiecent and and trustworthy. Her crew she sent out were very dilegent in thier work and very fast. I would recommend Labat's Tree to any one who needs to have a tree(s) removed.

They came, they cleaned, they left...pretty good job.

They were very quick in responding to my original request but did not arrive at the first appointment. They did however come the next day early in the morning.

I would recommend this tree service with a discussion of the pros and cons. Fast and inexpensive; quite a bit of damage to plants near the trees.

Same day, completed backyard and front yard sprinkler evaluation and fixed a few broken heads, adjusted some areas that were over- or under-watered.

I have a 60ft deadora cedar that needed trimming after a big wind storm. Cheryl's quote was reasonable, and the tree was taken care of that week. I would recommend Labat's to anyone in the Bay Area.

Labats had a very fast response time starting and completing the requested work. They were easy to work with and had a great work crew. They broke their estimates into sections and offered good suggestions for saving money. I highly recommend Labats.

Poor communication between office person and field person doing the work. I was told field person would arrive btw. 9 and 10 am. Field person arrived at 11:30 am. I told office person that I thought my sprinker system problem was electrical and asked if field person would bring an electrical tester; office person told me "yes." Field person did not bring electrical tester, and after 2 hours of checking the system told me I had problem with electrical cable. Field person ran a new electrical cable for which the the total cost was double the original estimate. That included my helping for 3 hours to run cable in crawl space under my house and burying cable outside. Field person was knowlegable about irrigation systems, but the company's approach to problem-solving and communicating was poor.

They were very professional and did a very good job.

They came promptly the next day. INSTEAD OF GIVING ME AN ESTIMATE AS i REQUESTED THEY MADETHE REPARS. wHEN i CALLED cHERYL AND COMPLAINED SHE GAVE ME A FREE MONTH OF MAINTENANCE OF MY LAWNS AND THE SPRINKLER REPAIR FOR $150.00 I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY REASONABLE.

They are beyond fantastic! My yard is beautiful!

They did a good job. The reason I give them a 4-star is because when they arrived, they didn't notify me right away. And they didn't give me an invoice for payment after the work was done. But they completed the job and did very well.

They were efficient and performed well, & the cleanup was good. I was surprised that the crew was composed of five men...the work could have been done by two or three. But the price was reasonable for the work performed.
