They are very professional and very prompt. I did not have to call or send a single text to follow up on the appointment. They told me the day and time It was going to be picked up. I received a text from Laura, the owner of La Bella Cleaning Services as soon as it was picked up. Great! Thanks to them, as a team they did an excellent job. I Will definitely hire them again.

I booked them on home advisor to haul something to the dump, which they said they did. We chatted on the phone and she confirmed my appointment. The day before I got a text confirming that they are coming. The day of all I got was crickets. She did not respond back when I texted her directly and no one showed up. I would not use them for any reason and they are clearly irresponsible.
