They did major remodeling of my home and business. They did a fantastic job, they were quick, they brought the proper people in to do the job right. They did everything from power washing, to painting, to various repairs. His work was excellent.

Kevin and his team were very professional. They showed up promptly as scheduled and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They took great care to protect landscaping and other parts of the house while painting the exterior stucco. Very helpful in identifying color and worked with Sherwin Williams to color match existing stucco color. Very hard working and efficient team.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I hired Lacoste Property Maintenance for several small jobs, and had mixed results. It may have been due to bad timing, but the experience was not as good as many of the other reviews (and I really had hoped it would work out because he is so nice). I wanted to provide my experiences to help others with decisions about hiring a handyman in the area. The pros were: --Extremely polite, showed true concern for customers, caring, and took time to communicate. Top notch customer service. --Some work was done well. --Clearly itemized invoices and shows up as scheduled. Unfortunately, there were several negatives: --Some work was just not done well. Examples included misaligned or non-flush beams, boards falling off fence already, etc. Friends looked at some of the work done were much less kind in their comments. --Rushing which may have led to quality issues. A worker mentioned too many jobs in a day. --At least two instances where I paid for things (supplies, work) that I found out later through closer inspection werenâÂÂt done. No reason to think it was intentional (could have been a mistake or worker cutting corners), but still not comfortable.

He did an entire kitchen, including replacing floor tile and the backplash, light fixtures, he's painted the cabinets & will be painting the door. They go out of their way to help with the small details. They have the utmost professionalism.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Outstanding ! Kevin has painted 4 rooms; repaired and replaced many items inside and outside the house; he is now remodeling my kitchen including tile, lighting fixtures and more. There is nothing he cannot do in my experience. He is very professional and so is his crew - their work is excellent - Kevin is always on time and if a situation does arise he always calls me. I also feel that he is an honest gentleman and I have felt very comfortable leaving the house to run errands. His pricing is very fair and I WILL be using him for anything in the future.

Drywall - Repair
Kevin always does a great job for us. For this job he fixed a ceiling and walls for us. We had a air conditioner overflow water issue which caused water to come through the ceiling of a closet. Kevin replaced the damaged ceiling and repaired the walls. He also painted the entire closet and took care of the mold issues.

Kevin is right on mark about every job he accepts. First, he repaired my deck replacing 10 boards. Between that job and waiting for the new boards to cure, Kevin did an excellent job caulking my tubs and vanities. The other day Kevin stained the repaired and cured deck. The next day, he came to do a second coat. Excellent outcome. He is fair, a good communicator, always keeping in touch, and, in my case informing me of the weather condition to stain the deck. I plan to have him do more in the near future. Wonderful work ethics.

Kevin came to give me an estimate on re-caulking my tubs and vanities in the bathrooms. The estimate was acceptable to me, Kevin did the job immediately only taking 2 hours. He is a neat worker and left my place very tidy. Always on time, and in communication by text. He has a pleasant, compassionate personality. This is the second time Kevin has done jobs for me. He is a keeper, I will have him here many times and will definitely recommend him.

Kevin has good communication skills. He has kept me well informed about my project. Ten treated boards needed to be replaced on my deck, then treated with a bleach/mildew substance. Kevin handles his clients professionally. The beginning part of the project is done, I couldn't believe the improvement before my eyes. This part was done in a timely manner. The deck will be stained in it's entirety after the replacement boards are cured. Kevin will be keeping an eye on it and will be treating the boards with bleach periodically. I could not ever expect a more through job. I am extremely pleased and plan to continue hiring this company.

We were in need of several repairs to our home that we had let pile up over the years. Lacoste property Management was able to do everything we needed. Garage door opener, dryer, appliances, repair and repaint water damage, repair fence and gate, electrical issues in the attic from squirrels, the list goes on and on. Kevin Lacoste did a great job. He cleaned the fascia and soffit on the gable of my home. He also cleaned the attic vent. Plus he caulked where boards started separating. Then he painted the fascia on the gable and the caulked trim on the porch. Really good job. Impressed that without my saying he told me that he would wait for temps to warm up over 55. He also had great advice on cleaning fascia and soffit in the future. Highly recommend him. Will definitely hire him in the future for other projects.
