Swimming Pool Heaters Installation and Replacement
Callbacks were late or not at all. Never got a quote. Ended up going with another compaby. The service was sub-par at best

"The homeowner called to replace a milli-volt style pool heater in an attached garage. The heater had malfunctioned and nearly burned his house down. Not only did we recognize that the heater had been installed in violation of local fire codes, but we arranged a meeting with the local fire inspector at his house to advise during the installation of a new heater. Our first priorities were installing the heater properly, in accordance with local codes, and the long term safety of his family. Quick is good, but correct is better. If you want the job done properly, call us. It is our attention to detail that separates us from other companies."

Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
Tom at Lacuna pools was very professional. He got our liner installed ahead of schedule and it looks great. They left no mess behind and they followed up on their work. Brian at Lacuna Pools was also excellent. He came out after hours to demonstrate proper filter and equipment usage. He was insightful and extremely helpful. The ONLY thing that keeps us from giving a five star rating was that they were difficult to get in touch with by phone. MINOR inconvienience. We would DEFINATELY have no problem recommending Lacuna Pools to anyone needing pool matinence, repair or liner installation. Not 5 star, but 4.9 for sure.

Swimming Pool Opening & Closing Service
They were prompt and worked efficiently - BUT - dropped one of the rubber caps from the pool ladder into the pool, didn't retrieve it and mpunted the ladder without it, so that the ladder would not be be secure for anyone stepping on it. Glad we found the missing piece in the pool, but that means we have to remove the ladder, put the cap on the leg and re-install the ladder. I wold recommend, wiith reservations. and tell the owner to check the work before the team leaves!

My only negative was that a live person never answered the phone and that it took a longer period of time to get the service accomplished.

"The job was not exactly what the homeowner described and thus required a longer period of time to accomplish than originally quoted over the phone. Furthermore, we saved her thousands of dollars by saving her pool liner instead of replacing it quickly."
