Ladd Services was excellent! They were experts in the kind of work I needed done on my rugs, were prompt, personable and the result was excellent. Stretched and cleaned my rugs and they now look brand new. I would definitely recommend Ladd Services.

The refasten job was well done. I was expecting him to bring the helper to move the furniture for us, which was mentioned during the first meeting. But he didn't, so we didn't move some heavy furniture such as bed, and skipped some rooms.

The carpet stretching took twice the time estimated but he stayed and finished the project. The repair was done correctly and I am happy with the end result. He was one time and courteous. Would definitely recommend Ladd Services.
